The righ person to fill this position must have a good attitude, good attendance, good orginisational skills and enjoy working in an environment that thrives on continuous improvement through change.  This position is responsible for providing professional / quality service to external and internal customers regarding orders and services.

-  Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax etc.

-  Handle large and key accounts or a spcific geographic area of customers.

-  Review and enter new orders.

-  Rrespond to customer inquiries regarding price and delivery, order status

-  Co-ordinate with other departments to improve deliveries and confirm  

    shipments.

-  Work with organisational database to track information on customer status,

    order and potential delivery dates.

-  Looking for new ways to improve customer service process and challenge

-  All other duries as assigned.

Qualifications  :  Graduate with 2 years exp. in customer service in an Organisation handling large customer hase.  Must be proficient using Word and Excel. Experience using Outlook is helpful.

Freshers may also apply, Candidates with Electronics background preferred.
